NOTE THE FOLLOWING BEFORE MAKING BULK PURCHASES.

BEFORE BULK PURCHASE.
• ENQUIRE ABOUT OUR MINIMUM PRINT QUANTITY AND COST.
• THE NUMBER OF PRINT COLOURS POSSIBLE ON ITEM.
• PRINT CHARGES FOR AN ORDERED SAMPLE OR SOUVENIR IN QUANTITIES
LESS THAN 50, WILL ATTRACT THE SAME PRICEC AS FOR 50.
• FOR DIRECT PRINTING ON SOUVENIRS, ITEMS OF SIMILAR SHAPE AND COLOUR
ARE PREFFERED AS THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA CHARGE FOR CHANGES OF COPY, SHAPE
AND COLOUR IN ONE PRINT RUN. COPY, SHAPE AND COLOUR CHANGES MUST BE IN
MULTIPLES OF 100.
• PROPERLY COUNT ITEMS WHEN MAKING BULK PURCHASES AND ONLY TOUCH
PRINT SURFACE WITH CLEAN HANDS AS UNCLEAN SURFACES ARE A HINDRANCE TO
INK ADHESION.
INSTRUCTIONS
1. PLEASE
ORDER AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE. Certain items are imported and may
not always be in stock when you need them. Please ring to confirm availability.
As a rule, place orders as early as possible. A 70% down payment guarantees
your order when you need it.
2. CHRISTMAS ORDERS. It’s advisable to place your
orders for Christmas by the 1 ST November with 70% down payment to guarantee
your requirement. Orders received after this date cannot be accepted with
any guarantee to dispatch before Christmas and run the risk of not being
delivered until the New Year. Please ring to confirm availability after
1ST November for Christmas orders.
3. DESIGN ORIGINATION. Logos, Typesetting and blocks
for printing will be done from your suitable artwork as part of cost charged.
This is a one-time charge and will not be included again for reprint orders.
4. PRINTED SAMPLES. Personalised samples are only submitted
when requested at a pre-paid charge.
5. MULTICOLOUR PRINTING. Charges vary from product to
product and are dependent on complexity of design. To reduce cost we have
simplified our products to have the maximum promotional impact reducing
all colours to an image enhancing metallic gold, silver or colour print.
Nevertheless to confirm multi-colour pricing please contact us for a quotation.
6. ENVELOPES. Orders for wedding , Christmas and invitation
cards come with suitable white envelopes.
